- - Effective, January 1, 2025, premium rates for Blue Cross Blue Shield plans will increased 6.65%.

- Active employees will be allowed to enroll through theÌýÌýby clicking the "Active Non-LaGov Employee" link or in person at Human Resources.Ìý

- Employees who choose to use the OGB annual enrollment portal are encouraged to print or download their own confirmation page from the web portal.

- Members enrolled in the Pelican 775 Health Savings Account (HSA)ÌýmustÌýelect or re-elect their HSA contributions for the 2025 plan year.

- Members enrolled in the Flexible Spending ArrangementÌýmustÌýelect or re-elect to participate for the 2025 plan year.Ìý

- If you would like to remain in your current OGB health or life plan with the same covered dependents for the 2025 plan year, you do not need to do anything.
