Your room assignment, roommates, and suitemates for the Spring 2025 semester are available
on your . On this page, you will find some helpful information that will enable you to experience
a faster move-in.听 Please make sure you review this information and contact the appropriate
office(s) BEFORE your arrival on campus.听
We look forward to your arrival at 羞羞视频!听 As you know, living on campus is a very exciting
aspect of university life, and our goal is to make your on-campus living experience
enjoyable.

Before you arrive on campus for move-in, BE SURE:听
- You are registered for classes;
- You have a 羞羞视频 ID Card and have selected a meal plan with Warhawk ID Services
- For questions about your听meal plan, contact听WIDS (idcard@ulm.edu听/ 318-342-5002)
- You have paid your semester bill听OR听know it is covered by aid听OR听a payment plan.
- For questions about your
- financial aid & TOPS, contact Financial Aid (finaid@ulm.edu听/ 318-342-5320)
- scholarship, contact the Scholarship Office (scholarships@ulm.edu听/ 318-342-5321)
- fee bill balance, contact Student Account Services (sas@ulm.edu听/ 318-342-5124).

听Friday, January 17, 2025听鈥� ALL Students
- Begin at The Nest in the 羞羞视频 Activity Center
- Anytime between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM
听Saturday, January 18, 2025听鈥� ALL Students
- Begin at The Nest in the 羞羞视频 Activity Center
- Anytime between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM
Check-in will not be done on Sunday and Monday, January 19 & 20, 2025. 听
- Students cannot receive keys or building access on Sunday and the MLK Holiday. Students
will need to wait until Tuesday, January 21, 2025, during university business hours.

Fee Payment Deadline:听
To avoid classes being dropped, Friday, January 10, 2025 before 11:30 AM听is听the deadline to pay your Fall bill. Review Student Billing for more information
